I built tour-flow because the same tour-planning problems kept coming up on the road.

The free plan includes 1 workspace, 1 tour, 10 events, 0.25 GB document storage and up to 2 team members per workspace, excluding you as the owner. Team chat, collaboration, PDF export and calendar feeds are included. It's a great way to explore tour-flow and see if it fits your workflow.

What does the Hobby plan include?

The Hobby plan gives you 1 workspace, up to 3 parallel tours, 20 events, 3 GB document storage and unlimited team members. Team chat, collaboration, PDF export and calendar feeds are included. It's ideal for tour managers who handle a few tours at a time.

What does the Freelance plan include?

The Freelance plan unlocks 2 workspaces, unlimited tours, events and team members, and 5 GB document storage. Alongside team chat, collaboration and PDF export, it includes enhanced crew management, crew requests, advance forms, show rundowns, the song library, calendar feeds and project management. It's designed for working tour managers who need the full toolkit.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly pricing. The Hobby plan is €7.50/month (billed at €90/year), the Freelance plan is €12.50/month (billed at €150/year), and the Professional plan is €25.00/month (billed at €300/year).

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

You can start with the free plan and explore tour-flow at no cost. When you're ready, upgrade to any paid plan directly from your dashboard — no trial period needed, because the free plan gives you a real feel for the product.

Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
